TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PMU

Please THOROUGHLY READ over the policies and disqualification list and make sure nothing applies to you.

 

If you neglect to do so and show up with any condition that makes you an unsuitable client, we will refuse service and you will lose your deposit.Disqualification list:

  • Anyone under 18 years of age.

  • Anyone allergic to pigmentation and makeup.

  • Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood-thinning medications.

  • Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated.

  • Anyone with active skin cancer in the area to be treated.

  • Anyone with undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated.

  • Anyone who has experienced post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

  • Anyone with transmittable blood conditions. (i.e. Hepatitis or HIV).

  • Anyone diabetic.

  • Anyone with mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure.

  • Anyone who is a hemophiliac.

  • Anyone with healing disorders.

  • Anyone prone to keloids.

  • Anyone taking skin medications such as antasure, ro-accutane and steroids, which thin and make the skin very sensitive.

  • Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment.

  • Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days from the date of the treatment.

  • Anyone epileptic or who has experienced faint spells or seizures.

  • Anyone pregnant and/or lactating.

  • Anyone who has had Botox 4 months prior to service date.

  • Anyone who has had previous brow work done (prior powder fill or microblading) that has not been approved by the brow artist.

  • Please notify us if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics,

  • Please notify us of any other medications you are currently taking.

PMU Correction/Cover up​​

At this time, I am not accepting requests for correction cover-up brow tattoos; however, I do offer saline tattoo removal services."​

​Reschedule/No Show​

  • Please provide a 7 day notice in order to reschedule

  • Any rescheduling less than 7 days from your appointment time will be forfeit of your deposit and another deposit will be needed to book another

  • You may reschedule up to 2 times and the rescheduled date must not exceed 6 months from the initial date.

  • Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate

  • No call / no shows or any notice under 24 hours before appointment will result in a full credit card charge.

Brow Lamination Aftercare

  • Do not wet your eyebrows for 24-48 hours

  • Avoid touching the brow area at the risk of transferring oils

  • Do not apply makeup to the brows for 24 hours post-treatment

  • Do not apply Retin A, AHA or exfoliate the brow area for 72 hours before or after the treatment.

  • No self-tanner products should be used on the face for at least 48 hours post-treatment 

  • Apply brow balm daily (suggest before bed)

  • Comb the hairs into place each day. it is normal for the brows to feel slightly dry post-procedure.

Lash Lift Aftercare

  • No water/steam for 24/48 hours

  • Avoid waterproof mascara

  • Do not use a lash curler

  • No oil based make up remover

  • Brush Lashes daily​

  • Avoid rubbing or touching lashes to prevent damage to lift

  • Use of lash growth serum is safe to do so
